Risk management is a proactive strategy. In this project we provided design and consulting services for the repair of approximately 30,000 sf of waterproofing. This work was completed under the developer’s SB800 Right-To-Repair program. DAI conducted initial investigations, recommended a repair strategy, and prepared the permit and bid documents. We then assisted with contractor selection, and provided construction administration as needed by the contractor.
