Issues evaluated include the building envelope, cladding, interior finishes, and other construction assemblies. Evaluations involve field observations, destructive testing, and the review of project documents to identify contributing factors and liable parties. Remediation recommendations are based on SB-800 standards, resultant damages, and the implications of undue maintenance obligations.
